Separate the activity groups

An activity order works best when the intended age groups and activities are listed separately. Educational activity kits may need shared equipment, adult supervision or consumable materials that are not part of the kit. Ask for the manufacturer age guidance and complete contents before deciding quantities. For an event, distinguish items given to each child from materials used at a supervised activity station.

Plan the handover

Record how each toy or game will be distributed and whether instructions must stay with the item. Small components need the manufacturer guidance considered before use around younger children. Keep packaging and product information available to parents or supervisors. If company branding is needed, confirm that the proposed location and method are suitable for the actual product rather than assuming every surface can be printed.

Prepare the enquiry

For toys and educational activity kits, send the selected product reference, quantity and delivery area together. Add photographs, dimensions or a configuration list where they explain the requirement. Separate essential features from preferences so alternatives can be assessed properly. Review the final quotation against that brief, including VAT treatment, included components, additional work and the proposed delivery arrangement.
